Zenbarn Farms

Zenbarn Farms operates a cannabis dispensary at 1930 Waterbury-Stowe Road (Route 100), directly on the tourist corridor between I-89 and Stowe Mountain Resort. The retail license is held under the corporate name "Vermont Patients Alliance, Inc" per the Vermont Cannabis Control Board licensee database — Zenbarn Farms is the consumer-facing brand.

The broader Zenbarn campus is also home to live music, yoga, and events — cannabis retail is one piece of a larger wellness-and-community concept. The dispensary carries in-house flower, pre-rolls, edibles, and tinctures alongside partner brands, with a healthy CBD selection. Both adult-use and medical patients are served.

Hours are 10 AM–7 PM every day. Walk-ins are welcome; the dispensary is wheelchair accessible. From Burlington it's about a 30-minute drive via I-89 south.
